The year 5 class learnt about our Solar system!
We started off by looking at our two closest planets: Mercury and Venus. The children learnt lots of interesting facts about these two planets, such as Mars being the fourth smallest planet and Venus' atmospheric pressure is 92 times greater than the Earth's!

We looked at the time-zones between a variety of different Countries, comparing the time difference by how far ahead of behind they were.
